Noatum reinforces its digital marketing strategy

new Noatum website

With the May launch of the updated websites www.noatum.com and www.noatumlogistics.com, Noatum is introducing a new digital strategy for the companies which are part of the leading group in maritime services, logistics and port operations.

This strategy is in response to the growing demand from clients for fast and flexible access to information about the Noatum companies and the services they offer. It also aims to place users at the centre of communication and provides them with a browsing experience that is tailored to their needs.

The group’s site, www.noatum.com, was the first website launched within the new digital marketing strategy. It provides information about the general services that Noatum offers in its three business areas: Noatum Maritime, Noatum Logistics and Noatum Terminals.

This website highlights the group's corporate strengths and the knowledge and expertise of each of the business areas in which it specialises. The “Commitment” section features content related to the group's values including Noatum's actions and policies in areas such as Human Resources, Health and Safety, ESG, Compliance and Quality.

The synergies created by the interaction of the three business areas and the extremely diverse nature of their activities means that Noatum has the tools to provide its clients with a unique experience, with specialised divisions and comprehensive solutions adapted to the complexity of the various industrial sectors.

Noatum Automotive, which supports all activities related to port operations for vehicles and rolling stock, and Actanis Project Cargo, the division specialising in large-scale cargo projects, are clear examples of client-focused solutions supported by logistics, maritime transport and port operations provided by Noatum. Other comprehensive solutions presented on the website are Noatum Oil & Gas, which focuses on providing services for the petrol, energy and gas industries; Noatum Rail Projects, specialising in transporting railway equipment; Noatum Chartering, for chartered shipping specialising in dry cargo; and Marmedsa Cruise Services, providing specific services for ships in the cruise industry.

The result: a more intuitive website, which provides easy access to all the information related to Noatum's corporate culture and the company's services and solutions.

The new Noatum Logistics website

Noatum Logistics, the comprehensive logistics operator specialising in international transport, project cargo, logistics and customs, is Noatum's first business area to update its global website. The website highlights its extensive network of offices, which are situated in 25 countries and 97 locations. Following the same strategy as the corporate website, www.noatumlogitiscs.com places the user at the centre of communication in order to facilitate access to the “Customer Area,” the company's network of offices and the logistics solutions for which Noatum Logistics can offer a highly personalised service to meet our clients' needs.

The Case Studies page presents cases of real customers who have optimised their supply chains thanks to Noatum Logistics' customized solutions. The News page features the latest news regarding the sector and the company.

The launch of the Noatum Logistics global website is the first phase in the digital strategy for this business area. The second phase will involve additional launches of region-specific websites.

"Our experience and specialisation," says Antonio Campoy, CEO of Noatum, "mean that we can offer our clients the maximum value. The consolidation of our global range is another step towards meeting their specific needs, with logistics and transport solutions that combine the cross-sectoral approach of our business in a unique way. With the overhaul of our digital strategy, we aim to be closer to our customers and partners and provide them with the information they need at all times, and by doing so optimise the communication channels and the service we offer them."

"The new Noatum Logistics website is another step forward in the company's strategy of placing the client at the centre of our business. We present the added value solutions of Noatum Logistics on a completely transparent basis, which will enable them to enhance their everyday activities," says Rafael Torres, CEO of Noatum Logistics.

Noatum's digital strategy will continue with the gradual updating and launching of the websites of each of the group's business areas, divisions and comprehensive solutions. The ultimate goal is to provide the information that our clients and stakeholders need on the basis of complete transparency and trust.
