The event, which attracted the attention of more than one hundred attendees, covered currently important topics and trends on recruitment 3.0, as well as the importance of using social networks in HR, employer branding, generational differences, leadership and skills development.<\/p>\n<p>The conference was organized by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.psicotec.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Psicotec<\/a>\u00a0and counted with the participation of important companies from different sectors such as: Anav, Isdin, BQ, Cofidis, Banco Sabadell and Marmedsa Noatum Maritime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\\&quot;MsoNormal\\&quot;\">Marmedsa Noatum Maritime was represented by the Corporate HR Director, Sergio Santab\u00e1rbara, who talked about the new strategy of the group
