Vessel construction, buying and selling, and chartering\u2019, Grau gave a lecture entitled &#8216;End of tunnel signs?&#8217;. An updated and key point of view on the dry bulk market current scenario with some of the main challenges ahead and few highlights of last trimester 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Another top ranked member invited as
